About the Program

12 Week of Workouts

Each week I guide you through new progressions. You'll cycle between conditioning/"toning", strength training, & hypertrophy (muscle building) for a well rounded program to avoids plateaus. 

Equipment Phases

You don't need any equipment to get started. The first weeks are body-weight only conditioning workouts. Advance at your own pace by adding new equipment, one at a time. I've included equipment specific training weeks so no matter what equipment you have, you can always get an effective workout!

Cardio Guide

You'll always know which days to perform cardio, what kind of cardio, and for exactly how long based on YOUR goal. I'll guide you on how to adjust your cardio output as you progress through the program to continue seeing results without compromising your metabolism.
